Using the boost feature
Pressing the boost button heats the blanket
to maximum (setting H) for 30 minutes
and then returns to the previously selected
setting.
The temperature cannot be adjusted using
the up/down buttons (
) during the boost
period. To cancel the boost function, move
the on/off switch to the off position.
Troubleshooting
Should an error alarm code appear on the
LCD screen follow the relevant corrective
action as outlined below.
1. Alarm code
E2
, represented by
E
and
2
flashing alternately on the LCD screen,
indicates that the control is not connected
to the blanket correctly. Check that the
plug is correctly inserted into the blanket,
then switch the control off and on again
to reset. The flashing alarm code should
disappear.
2. Alarm code
E3
indicates that the blanket
is damaged or too hot. Switch the control
off and allow the blanket to cool down
before turning on again. If the alarm code
persists, the blanket is damaged and
should be replaced.
