- Assembly can be made easier by the use of a powered ratchet or drill with socket adapter (take care not to over tighten when using power tools to
assemble)
- It is recommended that all bolts be sorted by thread count / length prior to assembly.
- Due to the large size of these tripods, it is mandatory that four people initially setup the tripod.
- Assemble entire product before fully tightening any bolts / locknuts.
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN the bolts and nuts to the point that the tubing becomes deformed or bent.
ASSEMBLE AND INSTALL ON LEVEL GROUND ONLY!
1.
Position the Seat Base and Footrest Bar as shown in
figure 1
.
2.
Insert two
Nylon Bushings
into the pre-punched holes on each side
of the Footrest Bar as shown in
figure 1
.
3.
Slide the Footrest Bar into the brackets on the Seat Base. Insert one
2” bolt
from the inside out as shown in
figure 2
. Slide on one
Nylon
Washer
and then one of the Slide Brackets followed by a
lock nut
.
Notice the position of the cutout on the Slide Bracket. Do not over
tighten as this connection is designed to pivot.
See figure 2
.
4. Repeat Step 3 for the other side.

Position the Seat Back as shown in figure 3.
6.
Insert two
Nylon Bushings
into the pre-punched
holes on each side of the Seat Back as shown in
figure 3
.
7.
Slide the Seat Back into the brackets on the Seat
Base. Attach on both sides using one
1 3/4” bolt
and lock nut
per side as shown in
figure 4
. Do not
over tighten.
