• THE CLIMBING SYSTEM ROPE / HARNESS HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO
SEVERE SHOCK LOADING.
• THE CLIMBING SYSTEM ROPE / HARNESS HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO
THE KIND OF OVERLOAD FOR WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED, SUCH AS TOWING A VEHICLE.
• THE CLIMBING SYSTEM ROPE / HARNESS SHOWS SIGNS OF FRAYING FROM SUBSTANTIAL USE OR THE Climbing system rope
/ PRUSIK HITCH HAS BEEN LEFT IN THE WEATHER AND HAS BECOME HARD OR STIFF.
• THE CLIMBING SYSTEM ROPE / HARNESS WAS USED IN PREVENTING A FALL.
