To exit the stand, carefully step out of the treestand and descend down the climbing aid until you can’t go any lower below
the foot platform while still attached by the Tether Strap.

Attach your Lineman’s Belt to the tree below the treestand. Once secured, disconnect your Tether Strap and carefully
descend down the tree using the Lineman’s Belt. Never be disconnected from the tree for any reason, at any time.

CAUTION
NEVER
leave a hang-on treestand in a tree for more than two
weeks at a time. Weather, animals and tree growth can damage
the stand, attachment straps and buckles.
NEVER
use a treestand
that has been left in a tree for more that two weeks at a time.

adjust the straps or cables while on the Fixed
Position Treestand!! Check all straps prior to each use!

NEVER BOUNCE OR JUMP ON THE FOOT PLATFORM IN AN ATTEMPT TO SECURE THE
STAND TO THE TREE OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. DOING THIS CAN DAMAGE THE
TREESTAND CAUSING THE PRODUCT TO BE OVER-LOADED, WHICH COULD RESULT
IN SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE TREESTAND, AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR
DEATH!!

Thread the bottom ratchet strap as shown in
figure 21
and tighten as shown in
figure 22
.
7.
Attach the tether of your harness to the Tree
Strap above the seat area of the fixed position
treestand. At this point you will be double
connected to the tree. Now, disconnect your
Lineman’s Belt and climb up the climbing aid so you
can step
DOWN
into the foot platform area. Note:
You may need to slide the Tree Strap up so you can
step into the platform area safely.
8.
While being
EXTREMELY
careful, place one foot
into center of the foot platform while holding onto
the tree. Ensure the Tree Strap is above your head
to limit the distance of fall if one would occur.
Once the tree cleats have adhered to the tree and
the platform does not move, place other foot into
platform area.
