Leg Braces - 1/4x20 hardware

1/2” Wrenches and / or Socket / Ratchet  

 

 

 

Leg Couplers / Brackets - 5/16x18 hardware

- Assembly can be made easier by the use of a powered ratchet or drill with socket adapter (take care not to over tighten when using 
power tools to assemble)
- It is recommended that all bolts be sorted by thread count / length prior to assembly.
- Due to the large size of these tripods, it is mandatory that three people initially setup the tripod.

SEAT ASSEMBLY

1. 

 Position the Seat Base and Footrest Bar as shown in 

figure 1

.

2. 

 Insert two 

Nylon Bushings

 into the pre-punched holes on each side 

of the Footrest Bar as shown in 

figure 1

.  

3.  

Slide the Footrest Bar into the brackets on the Seat Base.  Insert one 

2” bolt

 from the inside out as shown in 

figure 2

.  Slide on one 

Nylon 

Washer

 and then one of the Slide Brackets followed by a 

lock nut

.  

Notice the position of the cutout on the Slide Bracket.  Do not over 
tighten as this connection is designed to pivot.

4.  Repeat Step 3 for the other side.

 Position the Seat Back as shown in figure 3.  

6.

  Insert two 

Nylon Bushings

 into the pre-punched 

holes on each side of the Seat Back as shown in 

figure 3

.  

7.

  Slide the Seat Back into the brackets on the Seat 

Base.  Attach on both sides using one 

1 3/4” bolt 

and lock nut 

per side as shown in 

figure 4

.  Do not 

over tighten.
