Maintenance & Specifcations
Maintenance Safety
1. STOP engine, place all controls in neutral, set
parking brake, remove ignition key and wait
for all moving parts to stop before servicing,
adjusting or maintaining.
2. BE CAREFUL when working around high
pressure hydraulic system.
3. ALWAYS make sure that pressure is relieved
from hydraulic circuits before servicing or
disconnecting from tractor.
4. USE EXTREME CARE when making adjust-
ments.
5. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY from machinery at
all times.
6. NEVER ALLOW anyone to walk or work under
a raised piece of equipment without installing
cylinder and transport locks.
Maintenance after the 1st day and week of
Operation
1. Check all plumbing components for leaks.
2. Check for any lose or missing fasteners.
3. Check engine oil and fuel levels.
4. Check valves operation and conditions.
Daily Maintenance
1. Check all hydraulic components for leaks.
(SEE HIGH-PRESSURE FLUID WARNING.)
Periodic Maintenance
1. Check tightness of all hardware. Pay special
attention to hinges and support bolts.
2. Check Spray Fill Xpress for damaged or worn
parts. Replace as needed.
3. Check Spray Fill Xpress for frayed, chaffed,
or leaking hoses. Verify all clamps are tight.
System must be leak free.
Storage
1. Clean and remove all excessive dirt and grease
from Spray Fill Xpress.
2. To prevent rusting, repaint any areas that have
been worn, chipped or scratched.
