4. MAINTENANCE
4.1 CHECKLIST
These checks are to be carried out by the operator during the routine operations cycle.

Carry out a general visual check of fittings, listen for any sound which may
identify an air leak, and watch out for changes in indicated values during
operation
Read the
DEW POINT
display and check the maintenance record
Check function by manually operating the automatic condensate drain on the
prefilter.
NOTE: Should the need for spare parts or service arise during work on the
adsorption dryer, then the dryer model and serial number must be
conveyed to Sullair. This information is given on the nameplate mounted
on the control cabinet.

Check the incident monitor on the prefilter.
A value in the red suggests the
element has become blocked by excessive debris. Elements must be replaced
annually for proper performance regardless of the incident monitor reading (see
paragraph 4.2).

Check the back pressure of the muffler
behind the inlet valve assembly by reading
the gauge on the chamber that is being
regenerated; it should not exceed 3 psig.
