Once the desired preparation method/step has been selected, insert
the correct preparation disc on the TegraPol’s turntable and press
Start

on the TegraPol’s control panel to start the turntable
rotating.
If water is required to an otherwise dry process, press

to override
the process settings and apply water. This occurs as long as

is
held.
While a preparation step is running it might be necessary to change
some of the parameters. The only parameters that can be changed
in a step that is running are: force and dosing level. To change other
parameters the process must be stopped. For fast access to the
active method select either Struers Methods or User Methods and
press ENTER

.
While a method is running, F2 Process provides a shortcut to the
step running at the moment. Thus immediate access to the
parameters to be changed is possible.
Starting the Process
Important!
If you run two successive preparation steps with the same surface,
suspension and lubricant, the machine will NOT stop between these two
steps, they are considered to be 2 phases of the same step.
However, to stop the machine between two such steps,
e.g. to exchange Sic-Paper, select this setting in the
TegraPol configuration menu.
