TROUBLESHOOTING
THE RECEIVER DOESN’T SOUND
THE OPERATING RANGE IS REDUCED
WARNINGS:

Always close the case and tighten the screws completely before using the Wireless
Doorbell.
●
Follow the safety instructions mentioned in chapter “SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – Battery
safety”.”.
●
Check the transmitter battery. Replace the battery if necessary.
●
Check if the receiver batttery is placed correctly.
●
Check if the receiver is not out of range of the transmitter.
●
Check if the receiver is paired with the transmitter. To be sure, repeat the proces.
●
Check if the volume control is not at the minimum setting.
●
Metal structures, including doorframes, can reduce the range of the product. Avoid mounting the transmitter or receivers
on or near metal structures.
●
Other equipment can cause radio interference that affects your transmitter.
●
Walls and ceilings will reduce the range.
●
A weak battery will reduce the operating range. Replace the battery every 12 - 18 months.
