GS1 Data Structure Validation Overview 

GS1 Data Structure for Data Matrix and QR Code will be validated in five categories

 according GS1 General 

Specifications

the first character of Data Matrix or QR Code is GS1 FNC1.

GS1 Application Identifier Details 

GS1 Application identifier details (Figure 4-1) can be displayed by selecting Tools from the Xaminer eZ-2D toolbar. 
On the drop down menu that follows, select GS1 AI details. The selection window is displayed from which the 
Application Identifier detail information will be displayed on the right side of the form by chosen different AI on 
the left side of the window.
