Precautions for Operation
WARNING
Do not remove any safety covers. Do not put your hands or fingers
into the machine from the bottom. The transformer produces very
high voltage, and can cause serious electrical shocks. Also, contact
with any of the rotating parts might cause serious injuries.
WARNING
Do not put your head, hands or other body parts into the Arch while
the machine is operating. The machine operates very fast and can
cause serious injuries.
WARNING
Do not operate switches on the operation panel while you are holding
a reel or part of your body or wear is touching it.
WARNING
Do not carry or unload packages with pulling straps on them. The straps
may break and the package will fall down, and you will be injured.
Daily check the specified points by referring the check card decal Supplied
with the machine.
WARNING
Do not touch the Slide Table or Sealing Unit Drive Section during the
operation. This can cause serious injuries.
WARNING
Do not touch the V-Belt while it is running. This can cause serious injuries
WARNING
Do not touch the Heater Plate. Its surface temperature reaches
around 400 degrees centigrade and will cause serious burns.
CAUTION
Lock the stop switch or turn off the main switch when the machine
will not be operated for a long period. Also, it is recommended that
you remove the PP strap from the Pool Box when the machine will
not be used for along period.
CAUTION
After the daily operation of the machine is complete, make sure to
lock the stop switch and turn off the main switch. Make sure to clean
any dust or particles around the sealing unit.
CAUTION
It is recommended that you use the Foot Switch or the Table Ball
Switch instead of the Start Switch when you have to hold a package
in both hands.
CAUTION
If you want to change the strapping material width, the attachment
must also be changed. Ask a maintenance person to change it for you.
