If mounting new tension rods for scrapers it must be ensured that it has the correct lenght compared to
the cleaning shutters and the end of the gutter.
If an oil leakage occurs in the hydraulic hoses or hydraulic pipes, oil may hit persons with such a force
that the oil may penetrate the skin of the person. In such cases - immediately visit a doctor - in order to
avoid serious infections.
Electric -installation and -repair must be done by an authorized electrician.

USE
The GIANT Barn Cleaning System is used for transporting thick manure from a gutter or canal. If you
want to transport manure from a calf stall or similar be careful that the system is not abnormally loaded.
You should therefore not push a load of manure directly onto the scrapers in a gutter or a canal, but ma-
ke sure that the manure is spread in the spaces between a suitable number of scrapers.
If you push too much manure directly onto the transportation track you risk that the manure will jam at the
wall passage or at other narrowings resulting in the scrapers, gutters and the cylinder being bent.
3.
MOUNTING
The pump station should be placed so that it makes as little noise as possible.
The barn cleaning installation has to be concreted and mounted according to Strangko's instructions
which exist in the shape of concreting and mounting drawings.
The electric installation must be done by an authorized electrician.
Warning:
The electric motor of the hydraulic pump station may not be started, unless the hydraulic
aggregate is mounted correctly and has been filled up with hydraulic oil.
4. OPERATION
4.1
Start and stop of the barn cleaning installation

The installation must be equipped with a main switch, which can be locked, and which switch on and off
all motors in the installation.
