Your AIVX-391NMT has a 1 year limited guarantee. 

 

STOREX guarantees your AIVX-391NMT against any manufacturing or assembly fault. This guarantee is only 
valid for the initial purchaser of the AIVX-391NMT as the final user, and is not transferable if the unit is resold. 
This guarantee does not cover incompatibilities detected by the final user out with the recommendations on 
the packaging, or any incompatibility generated from another device or software on the computer connected to 
the AIVX-391NMT. 

A proof of purchase must be supplied to our service team before the STOREX guarantee can be used. 

 

The guarantee cannot be used for breakdowns or faults due to use that does not comply with the 
recommendations contained in this instruction manual, negligence, transformation, bad installation or heavy 
handling, non STOREX authorised repairs or modifications, inappropriate tests, accident or external factors, 
for example, not exclusively, excessive heat or humidity, a power cut, or incorrect installation or deinstalling of 
the AIVX-391NMT. 

 

STOREX’s sole contractual obligation is to repair or replace a faulty product. In no case may STOREX be held 
responsible for loss of data, or its consequences, as a consequence of an operational fault or a breakdown of 
the product. In any case, STOREX’s financial responsibility will not exceed the purchase price of the product 
by the final client. 

This guarantee for your AIVX-391NMT is thus defined in this document and cannot be modified, reduced or 
extended without STOREX’s written consent and STOREX cannot be held responsible for any technical 
advice or service supplied in relation to your AIVX-391NMT. 

You are not a transferee of this guarantee.
