2. Enter the relevant information for the configuration of the Shared Folder that you want to access on your
network:
- Type the Name of the Share of your choice
- Type the URL address
URL address formats supported by the SMB and NFS Shared Network
SMB –
smb://<ip address>/dir
The NFS addresses have to be configured manually
NFS-
nfs://<ip address>/dir
NFS-
nfs-tcp://<ip address>/dir
(Use TCP protocol instead of UDP)
- Choose the User Name and Password
3. Save your configuration by clicking on the “Add” button
- You can now browse the shared SMB and NFS Folders on the network thanks to the ‘Network Browser’
function from the ‘Source Media’ Main Menu
NMT Applications
This functions allow the AivX-391NMT to work as a true
NAS
, with identical services.
For this, the following are absolutely necessary:
1) – Use a multimedia HMS cartridge (internal Hard Disk) in the player
2) – Have installed the software layer ‘NMT Applications’
3) – To have activated its services to be able to access the network from it. (All Active by default)
