LOADING TRAYS INTO THE ROCKETBOX
Step 1.
Make sure RocketBox is in the lowered position before loading tray.
Step 2.
Place Tray into RocketBox using the handles on each end of the tray.
following the guides on the RocketBox. The Tray should sit even in the RocketBox.
Step 3.
Place rubber gaskets & plastic gaskets over
threads on the top tray.
Step 4

Secure tray in RocketBox with lock nuts.
MACHINE OPERATION
Step 1.
Raise tray to
up
position, and to 20 PSI before adding any material. You can add material
befor
e
or after you
press
the go button depending on what your pre-set functions are.
Eventually you can turn it up to 80 PSI to get a good fill.
(Ex. If 1
st
stage is less than 60% motor power, you may add material after you hit the go button. If
the 1
st
stage is more than 65% of motor power, then add material before pressing go).
Step 2.
Pour approx. 3/4 of your material on top of
tray.
Step 3.
When material is spread evenly across the
tray, press
GO
button on screen.
Step 4

After the motor starts & material drops into cones, add the rest of the material. *You may
loosen top lock nuts during operation to increase vibration.
