Speed defrost

For this defrost program you enter the desired defrosting time and the oven will 
alternate between defrosting and standing times.
1.  Press the 

SPEED DEFROST

 pad.

2.  Use the number pads to enter the desired defrosting time, for example, enter  

5 - 3 - 0 for 5½ minutes. 

3.  Press the 

START/STOP

 pad to start defrosting.

4.  During the defrosting program the oven will pause and beep to remind you to 

turn the food over for even defrosting. Press the 

START/STOP

 pad again to 

resume the defrosting.

You can also set a one-stage or two-stage cooking program to start 
automatically after speed defrosting. 

Defrost by weight

For this defrost program you enter the weight of the food to be defrosted and the 
oven will set an appropriate defrost cycle.
1.  Press the 

DEFROST BY WEIGHT

 pad.

2.  Use the number pads to enter the weight of the food to be defrosted.
3.  Press the 

START/STOP

 pad to start defrosting.

4.  During the defrosting program the oven will pause and beep to remind you to 

turn the food over for even defrosting. Press the 

START/STOP

 pad again to 

resume the defrosting.
