6.3 Disassembly and assem-
bly
Certain maintenance works are simplified if the
cutting deck is removed from the machine.
6.3.1 Disassembly
Disassemble the cutting deck as follows:
1. Set the highest cutting height.
2. Pull out the tensioning roller (H) and move the
belt down (J) at the side of the tensioning roller
to release the belt tension.
3. Work off the belt from the pulley.
4. Lift the deck and hook off the lifting wire (K).
5. Disassemble the locking screws (L) at both
sides.
