8.1 CLEANING

Keep all safety devices, air vents, and motor housing free of debris and dirt. Wipe down the equipment
with a cloth and/or compressed air. It is highly suggested that you clean the device after every use.
Do not use cleaning agents, as these can attack the plastic and weaken the structural integrity of the
brush cutter.
8.2 REPLACEMENT
Replacing the spool (bump head)
Only authorized trimmer head could be used which described in the technical data. Fit the trimmer head
as described in ssembly of the trimmer head, see Changing the trimmer head to the trimmer head. For
more help, Contact your local after service.
NOTE : Make sure that the ends of the lines extend
approximately 330 mm.
Replacing the blade Illustration 5.5 to 5.7
Only authorized blade could be used which described in the technical data. Fit the blade as described in
assembly of the blade, see Changing the cutting head to the cutting blade. For more help, Contact your
local after service.
CAUTION : After changing the blade, run under no load for at
least a minute to make sure that the blade and the tool are
both operating correctly.
