Used with
, this page allows you to perform the most commonly-used audio
functions.
To select a function, press
next to the icon you wish to
operate. Press
to go to the next page. From any Tuner band,

to search for the next station.

to turn the audio player On/Off. The present time displays when
the player is Off.
Press
to select the source (
Tuner
or
CD
) you wish to operate.

to play or pause the CD.

to mute or un-mute the sound.

selects the AM, FM, or Weather band (not operational in
CD Audio mode).
Tone
Used with

to adjust the amount of bass and treble. Used with

adjust left/right balance. Note that the DSP must be Off for the Tone
controls to work (see below).
Not used (Fader).
DSP (digital signal processor). Repeatedly pressing
selects the
Jazz, Pop, Classical, Rock, Vocal, or Flat (Off) sound contours.
