Suction Probe A Fault
Replace the probe

Low Suction 1 A Fault
The refrigeration system is getting too cold. Follow the instructions in the Water Refrigeration
Section of this manual and check the bath temperature. If necessary adjust the cooling set point in
the setup section. Check refrigeration circuit has not lost refrigerant. A refrigeration engineer would
need to check this.

Temp Probe Fault
One of the temperature probes is faulty. Replace the probe.

Water Level High in Chill
Water level has risen in the cooling cycle. Check the neck level has not moved. If it has moved, the
inlet solenoid valve has failed. If the cold water supply pressure is very high it could be overfilling
before the solenoid valve is able to shut off in time. Partially close the cold water inlet tap supplying
the unit. Try to run a cycle, might need adjustment.

Water Loss Fault
The water level in the bath has dropped during the cycle. Check the unit for leaks. Check that the
drain hose is installed correctly. Check the zone valve is working.
