Heater Overload
The Heater Overload F2 has tripped. Check the circuit to establish whether the heater has failed or
the re-set button has popped out, if there is a wiring fault or the overload is faulty.

Chiller Overload
The Compressor overload F1 has tripped. Check the circuit to establish whether the compressor has
failed or the overload is faulty. Check hot & cold pipes are fitted the correct way around. Check
incoming cold water is below 25˚c

Pump Overload
The Pump overload F4 or F5 has tripped. Check the circuit to establish whether the pump has failed, if
there is a loose connection or the overload is faulty.

Low Gas Pressure
The refrigeration circuit may have lost refrigerant. A refrigeration engineer will be required to
diagnose this fault using the instructions in the Water Refrigeration System Section of the
maintenance manual. Check flow in tank during refrigeration cycle. If there is no flow check there is
no blockage in the water system. If there is no blockage the circulation pump has failed.
