Trouble

Solution

It cannot establish the connection with 

the receiver or the tones are weak

· Check that the volume control in the 

receiver is in right position.

· Review the batteries status (in both 

devices) if is necessary change it.

· Ensure that the switch in the recei-

ver is in the “SCAN” or “LED”position.

The transmitter does not detects 

the signal in the telecommunication 

equipment

· Maybe there is conflict between the 

phone line signal and the transmitter 

signal. Restart your device.

Wrong results in the cable mapping

· Ensure that the connectors are 

RJ45/RJ11 and the cables are con-

nected correctly.

· If the LED indicators don’t works, 

probably are damaged, refers to an 

authorized dealer to make a revision 

of the equipment.

The NCV function does’not works

· Check that the switch is in the 

correct position.

· Press and hold the SCAN button 

while you search.

· Review the battery status.
