3 SETTING Switch to setting mode and shift between capital and lowercase letter
when you are typing.
4 REDIAL: Can redial the latest called number under normal mode and return to last
page under other modes.
5 BACKSPACE Delete the letters that can be edited.
6 TELEPHONE BOOK Manual intelligent telephone book (See Operation of
Telephone Book in page 9 for the details.)
7 MISSED CALLS: Show the numbers of missed calls.
8 DIALED CALLS: Show the numbers of dialed calls.
9 RECEIVED CALLS: Show the numbers of received calls.
10 CALL TRANSFER: Start call-transfer function.
11 CALL HOLDING:
12 IP/NUMBER: Get IP address and number.
13 Power light Power supply is normal when it is on, while no power supply when
it is off. There is data transmitting when it is flickering.
14 Status light The operation is normal when it is off. If it is flickering there are three
possibilities:
1 The telephone cannot be registered at GK.
2 The net is disconnected between telephone and GK.
3 The telephone is under SETTING mode.
Button is equal to ENTER button, we will replace ENTER with # in the coming
part of this manual.
3.3 Dial
Four methods:
1 Common dial: Take up the telephone receiver or press HADN FREE and dial the
number. Wait for calling or press ENTER for direct calling and wait for receiving of the
called party.
You need to select START SERVICE in BASIC SETTING of keyboard setting.
The setting is the same to the other three methods.
2 Point to Point: Press IP address of the called party (Dot between IP address is “*”),
and then press ENTER and wait for receiving of the called party.
This method is usually used for LAN calling. You need to select NOT START
SERVICE in BASIC SETTING of keyboard setting. For the other three methods,
START SERVICE is selected.
3 TELEPHONE BOOK QUERY DIAL:
1 Press TELEPHONE BOOK to enter telephone book (Press it again to return to
NORMAL MODE).
2 Paging down to choose View menu and press ENTER to enter
3 Paging down to choose the number you want and press ENTER to call and then
wait for receiving of the called party.
4 Press HAND FREE to cancel calling.
