After installing MeshLab on your computer, open the software and select IMPORT MESH under the File Menu. 
Select the Point Cloud file that you created with UCCNC and change the option “Separator Between” to a “,” 
(comma) symbol and press OK. 

 

You will now see the point cloud of your object on the screen. 

 

 

 

Under the Render menu, select “Show Normal/Curvature” option, this will show the Normals from each of the 
points, Adjust the Normals of the Points under the menu “Filters” - “Normals, Curvatures and Orientation” -
”Compute normal for point sets” press APPLY with the default options and then Close. 

You will get all the Normals from the point cloud aligned along the object. 

 

 

To make the polygons that will conform the object first turn on the Flat lines option Icon
