DEACTIVATING THE ZIGBEE NETWORK FROM A CONTROLLER

 • 

THERMOSTAT

To re-build your network without losing your home configurations (groups, activities, Wi-Fi, etc.), you must first deactivate the 
Zigbee network on your controller

 • 

thermostat.

IMPORTANT

 

When the Zigbee network is deactivated, all the thermostats connected to it will disconnect. You will need 

to connect them to the controller

 • 

thermostat’s Zigbee network to control them from the controller

 • 

thermostat and from 

the MAESTRO app. Depending on their location in the home, some thermostats may not disconnect automatically when 
the Zigbee network is deactivated. In this case, you must disconnect the thermostat from the network on the thermostat 
in question.

Once the Zigbee network has been deactivated, tap
