ASSEMBLING THE CENTRE
SUPPORT BEFORE MOUNTING
Very important:
Always wear gloves while working. At least 2 people must carry out the installation.
a)
Place the short U-profile (5) with the open sides up and push the long U-profile (4) with the open
sides down against the top of the short profile, creating a kind of field. Make sure that the holes on
both profiles fit, but do not screw them, fig.3.
b)
Now, as shown in Fig. 4, attach the centre support or column (3) to the top of the two profiles.

Attach the amplifier plates (right and left) (12)(13) to each side of the centre support (3) as shown
in fig. 5. The amplifier plates must be under the U-profiles. With regard to the load capacity of the
amplifier plates, use 3 screws (8).
d)
In order to accommodate the 8 mm x 12 cm bolts and 8 mm nuts (11), all the holes must match.
Make sure that reinforcement (14) is given on both sides of the unit. Use the 8 mm x 11 cm bolts
and 8 mm nuts to fix the top of the amplifier plates of the columns (12), (13), Fig. 6.

After all screws have been tightened without using force, the running rail connection (6) must be
attached with a screw (9), as shown in fig. 7. We call all groups of connected elements a module.
