Troubleshooting

When sound is distorted or volume level is different on left and right channels, please inquire at your dealer or at
the service division of our company after confirming whether there is any other cause.
●
The volume difference between left and right channels of the SR-002 may depend on how it is inserted in the ear.
Please rotate the earspeaker and confirm whether it is correctly inserted.
In case of the followings, urgently stop using and take out batteries. Thereafter, inquire at your dealer or at the ser-
vice division of our company. Using earspeaker as is may cause a fire or an electric shock.

Unusual smell or smoke coming out.
●
Water or foreign objects got into inside.

Repair service
Ask your authorized dealer or distributor for repair with a warranty card as well as failure description.

Attaching or detaching earspeaker cable to or from driver unit
Insert straightway with the round part turning to the right.

Equip earspeaker with the headband as far as possible,
and put it into the ear lightly.

Rotate it a little to find a fitting position.

If bass sound is not enough, insert it further into the
inner ear.

Switch off the unit, and hold the (4) cord plug without fail to insert or extract it straightway into or from the socket.
(Refer to the following figure)

Be careful not to add extra force to the cord.

Strictly
PROHIBITION
A battery has the danger of electric shock, burst and ignition, if it is improperly used. Be sure to
follow the followings.

Set it with c/- polarity.
●
Do not use a new battery mixed with an old one. Otherwise there should be a danger of
becoming high temperature, and also batteries cannot bring out the original performance.
●
Do not use a chargeable battery mixed with an ordinary dry cell. Otherwise there should be a
danger of becoming high temperature, and also batteries cannot bring out the original per-
formance.
●
Take out batteries from the driver unit (SRM-002) when they become unusable or when you
do not use your unit for a long period of time (more than a week).
●
If liquid should leak from a battery, replace it with a new one after wiping off the liquid thor-
oughly.
●
Moreover, if the leaked liquid should attach to your body, wash away well with water etc.
●
When you use a chargeable battery, be sure to charge it with a specified charger.
●
Usable batteries: Size AA batteries can be used for SRM-002 such as manganese dry cell,
alkaline dry cell, nickel-Cd chargeable battery and nickel hydrogen chargeable battery.
●
Be sure to use two batteries of the same kind.
●
Set batteries with c/- polarity, and never remove the vinyl tube on the battery surface.
●
Replace batteries when the sound is distorted or no sound comes out.
