Manually write the sample information or place a sample information label on the top of the
DiagCORE
®
cartridge. Make sure that the label is properly positioned and does not block the
lid opening.

Open the sample lid of the swab port on the left side of the cartridge.

Insert the swab into the cartridge until the breakpoint is aligned with the access opening (the
swab will go no further).
