3. This device can be used by children aged 8+ and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities and/or lack of knowledge/ experience if they are supervised or have been given instructions
concerning the safe use of the pan and understand the resulting risks. Do not let children play with
this device. Children must not undertake cleaning or user maintenance without supervision.
4. Installation work and electric wiring must be done by qualified person(s) in accordance with all
applicable codes and standards, including fire-rated construction.
5. For a direct plug-in power unit, do not install or use with 3 m of a pool and do not use in a bathroom.

WARNING:
Risk of Electric Shock. When used outdoors, install only to a covered Class A GFCI
protected receptacle. If one is not provided, contact a qualified electrican for proper installation.
Ensure that the power unit and cord do not interfere with completely closing the receptacle cover.

structure. Consult a qualified electrican.

Do not use with receptacles that are weatherproof only when the receptacle is covered
(attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle cover closed).
9. Don’t disassemble charger. Disssembly may result in a risk of electric shock or fire. To reduce the risk
of eletric shock, unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use.

11. Only use with the supplied original Star Shower Motion power adapter.
CAUTION:
Laser radiation beams should not be beamed at the approaches to the landing runways or
towards the approach flight paths at airports with a radius of 17 kilometres. When the selected surface
area is within 17 kilometres of an airport, you should reduce the angle of the Star Shower, so that no
laser beam is directed at the sky.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Remove all Star Shower Motion components from packaging, saving packaging to store Star Shower
Motion safely when not in use.
2. Determine a location for Star Shower Motion that is free from visual obstructions between Star Shower
Motion and your intended surface so the laser lights project clearly. (Fig.1)
3. Insert stake into the ground in the location intended for Star Shower Motion until angled portion of
stake is completely underground. If you have difficulty inserting stake into the ground, a rubber mallet
may be used to gently pound in the stake. The tapered portion of the ring shall be directed to the
object to be illuminated.
4. Screw the housing oft he Star Shower Motion onto the stake clockwise (Fig.2). Never attempt to push
the housing of Star Shower Motion. Make sure that the pointer on the peg is directed to the selected
surface.(Fig.2)
5. Loosen the thumbscrew and adjust the angle of the Star Shower Motion housing so it is pointing at
your intended surface.(Fig.3).
6. Attach an extension cord rated for outdoor use (not included) to the electrical plug on the Star Shower
Motion. Plug the extension cord into an outdoor electrical outlet.
7. Switch the Star Shower Motion on. Star Shower Motion includes a light sensor to save electricity so
it will only turn on in the dark. Pressing the switch towards the green stripe (4b) will emit only green
laser lights. Pressing the switch towards the green and red stripe (4a) will emit both red and green
lights. Leaving the switch centered will turn Star Shower Motion off (Fig.4).
8. To activate the motion feature, press the red and white Motion Activator Button on the top of the unit (4c).
9. To discontinue motion feature button feature, simply press the red and white Motion Button once
more and the lights emitted from your Star Shower Motion will remain still (Fig.4).
