When using the electric tool, the material with the thickness as same as the saw blade will be cut;
therefore the cutting line must be placed on the left or right side of the saw blade, and then you can
open the switch and lower it down slowly to cut after it reaches its maximum speed. When the saw
blade contacts work piece, you should apply stress downwards on the handle to cut. After the cutting
operation finishes, you can close the switch and wait it to stop completely; afterwards, you can make
the saw blade go back to its original highest position. The portion to be cut will be thrown away
when it contacts the saw blade, so it is very dangerous.
* Note:
* When pressing the handle, you should apply the stress according to the arrow direction (parallel to
the saw blade). If you apply the stress in the direction perpendicular to the rotating base, or you
change the stress direction in the cutting process, the cutting accuracy will be reduced.
* 0°/45°cutting calibration
Adjust the 0°/45° adjusting screw, use the hexagonal ruler, L-square to make the lateral side of the
saw blade form an L-right angle or a 45° angle with the large plane of the rotatable bench. If the
angle is not accurate, you can use the special wrench to adjust the hexagon socket head cap screw on
the left or right side of the connecting base.
