Networking
The ePro FSC is Network capable through a standard Network card.
1. EtherNET (TCP/IP): This optional card, part #10116, must be factory programmed for EtherNET. It is accessed via an RJ45
port located on the bottom panel of the enclosure. The EtherNET card communicates using TCP/IP and can be configured to
utilize your communication software program.
2. PFCS (Chrysler): This communication protocol and hardware is available if the controller is being shipped to an approved
Chrysler facility. PFCS is available in both Serial RS 232 and EtherNET formats. If the PFCS EtherNET network card has not
been factory installed and the ePro is being converted to PFCS communication, follow the instructions below.
PFCS EtherNET network card: Remove jumpers from main control board (JP1 and JP2).
PFCS Serial network card: Remove all jumpers from main control board JP1 and install jumpers onto
all
positions on JP2.
Once the Data Collection Cable Assembly is correctly assembled, Open the SigmaSIX Data Collection Software
Program. Select the COM Port. Go into the ADMIN MENU of the ePro FSC and scroll to DATA. Press ENTER.
Press DOWN to download all data from the current Pset. Name and save the Excel Spreadsheet.
Press UP to CLEAR all DATA. The data is as follows:
