ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials
until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please

STEP 1
Insert the
LEFT
and
RIGHT REAR FRAMES(2, 3)
into the
BASE FRAME(4)
and secure with
BOLTS(M8 x 55mm)(64),
ARC WASHERS(M8)(70), WASHERS(M8)(69),
and
NYLOCK
NUTS(M8)(67).
STEP 2
Slide the upper ends of the
FRONT FRAME(1)
into the Brackets on the
LEFT
and
RIGHT REAR
FRAMES(2, 3)
and secure with
BOLTS(M10 x 60mm)(79),
WASHERS(M10)(81),
and
NYLOCK
NUTS(M10)(80).
Lock the
FRONT FRAME(1)
in the unfolded position with the
LONG BALL PINS(46).
