ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 4
Attach the two CUSHION BRACES(6) to the EXTENSION BASE(2) with HEX BOLT(M10x1.5x150mm)
(26), WASHERS(M10)(31), and NYLOCK NUT(M10x1.5)(33).
NOTE:
Tighten until snug, the
CUSHION BRACES(6)
must be allowed to pivot.
STEP 5
Slide the BACK SUPPORT(5) between the CUSHION BRACES(6) and secure with HEX BOLT
(M10x1.5x150mm)(26), WASHERS(M10)(31),
and
NYLOCK NUT(M10x1.5)(33).
NOTE: Tighten until snug, the BACK SUPPORT(5) must be allowed to pivot.
STEP 6
Attach the
BACK CUSHION(10)
to the
CUSHION BRACES(6)
with
HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x35mm)(30)
and WASHERS(M8)(32).
NOTE: The BACK CUSHION(10) can be adjusted to different incline positions. To position the BACK
CUSHION(10) to desired elevation, simply put the BACK SUPPORT(5) into one of the holders
on the EXTENSION BASE(2).
