The DIP switch settings may be changed during operation in Zone 2 as well and in the
case of connected, intrinsically safe input signals.
The line fault detection is always activated with the version 9162/13-11-64.
7.3 Set-up of the limit value switch
The limit value switch has to be configured by the software ISpac Wizard. The following
scheme illustrates different ways to set-up the thresholds of the relay contacts A and B.
The scheme is an example, other set-ups are possible:
Set-up in the ISpac Wizard:
„closes if value > limit value“
„opens if value > limit value“
„closes if value < limit value“
„opens if value < limit value“
In case of a detected line fault the relays are de-energized means the contacts are open.
