Set up - offset
Set the first (left) rotary code switch to No. 8.
The second and third are for the offset 00-99. Immediately all the
outputs shows the adjusted value.

Store - offset
a) set DIP-switch S4.8 to ON-position
(enables the programming)
b) change left rotary code switch to any other number then 8
(stores the offset)
c) set DIP-switch S4.8 to OFF position again
(disables programming)
2.4 Test utility

(x) … choose the output 1 to 2
(y) … choose the brightness in steps from 1 to 9 (100%)
2.5 Cable termination
At the end of a DMX512 line (data cable) it is recommended to
connect a 120
Ω
1W resistor between data- (green) and data+ (red).

Protection devices
The DDA2 includes a protection component against momentary
over voltages. But continuous overvoltage, which is an indicator for
a faulty mains supply, causes overheating of this component.
To prevent damage to the DDA2 by overheating and then by over
voltage, there is a thermo-fuse witch cuts off the power supply.
In this case, the temperature fuse must be replaced, either by us or
by an electrician.
