IMPORTANT
Keep keys and your combination number in a
secure place, away from children. Keep this
record of your serial number and combination in a
secure place separate from your safe. To order a
replacement key set, follow the instructions on the
attached form.

This safe uses 4 - AA batteries. Under
normal use, batteries will last about 1 year.
When the battery is low, a red light will come
on warning you that the battery is low while
you are using the safe.
To replace the batteries, open the battery
compartment on the back of the door and
install all new batteries as shown in the
beginning of these instructions.
For best results this safe should be installed
in an isolated, dry and secure area.
SELECTING A LOCATION
SECURING THE SAFE
For security the safe must be fastened to
solid surfaces.
Mark the holes to be used. Drill the
appropriate diameter and depth of pilot holes
depending on the type of hardware being
used and the type of mounting surface.
Secure the safe with the fasteners.
NOTE:
The safe needs to be upright and
right side up or the locking mechanism will
not function properly.
CLEARING THE MEMORY
● Follow these steps to erase all
recorded fingerprints and change the
combination back to the factory preset
code 1-2-3-4.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
● See also the section “GETTING
STARTED” at the beginning of these
instructions.
Press and hold down the Red Reset
button on the inside of the door for about
5 seconds and continue holding while
the green light flashes for about 12
times.
After the “beep” sounds and the green
light flashes, all the recorded finger prints
and your personal electronic combination
will be erased.
NOTE: The safes electronic combination
has now been changed back to the
factory preset code 1-2-3-4.
