Basics of operation
Switching the device on/off
To switch the device on or off, press the on/off button
for 2 seconds.
Adjusting the volume
Press the
VOL/SQL button
once. Now set the desired volume with
the
s
/
t
buttons.
Selecting a channel
Select the desired channel with the
s
/
t
buttons.
Transmitting
To send a transmission, hold down the
PTT
button and speak into the
microphone at a distance of approx. 5 cm at normal volume.
During transmission,
TX
is shown in the display. Release the
PTT
button again when you have finished speaking.
Receiving
When switched on, the radio is ready to receive a transmission. When
you receive a signal on the set channel,
appears on the display.
Maintenance instructions
Protect your radio device and the accessories from dust, heat and
strong vibrations.
Do not clean your radio device and accessories with chemical agents
(e.g. solvents, alcohol), but instead only use a cloth that has been
slightly moistened for cleaning.
Never immerse the accessories in water or other liquids!
Only use original stabo accessories. If you use batteries/chargers from
other manufacturers, the performance of the device may be limited.
There are no warranty claims for damage caused by the use of third-
party accessories (e.g. short circuits due to unsuitable headsets).
Remove the batteries from the radio device if you plan to not use it
for a long time.
