Activating and deactivating
microphone silencing
Using the microphone silencing
function, you can mute the cord
-
less handset in the middle of a call
should you wish to speak privately
to a person in the room. Your call
partner at the other end of the line
cannot hear your conversation.
Procedure:

Press the confirm button during
an existing call. The functions of the
navigation buttons are indicated for
around 1 second in the display.

Press the top navigation button
in order to switch on microphone
silencing.
3 As an indication of activated
microphone muting, a micro-
phone with a line through it
appears in the status display.

Press the confirm button during
an existing call. The functions of the
navigation buttons are indicated for
around 1 second in the display.

Press the top navigation button
in order to switch off microphone
silencing.
