Do  not  use  abrasive  cleaning  products  to  clean  the  machine.  Remove  drops  of 

sweat from the machine immediately after each training session.

Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. Running or aerobic 

shoes are also advisable.

Before exercising, always perform stretching first, to avoid injury.

The power of the machine increases with increasing the speed, and the reverse.   

The  machine  is  equipped  with  an  adjustable  knob,  which  can  adjust  the
