Pyramid Roof Plan:
Roofs are attached to brackets that sleeve over four upright
posts. See the Top Down View for placement.
INSTRUCTIONS:
•
Attach roof to posts by placing the roof brackets over
each post. Be sure the post is completely inserted into
the bracket (See Detail C).
•
Position the roof so it rests evenly on all sides on the
brackets.
•
Mark the drill holes in the center of each anchoring slot.
•
Shift the roof over and drill 1/2” holes where marked.
•
Slide the roof back being careful to position over the
drilled holes. Insert a zip toggle into each hole – be
careful – they can be fragile at this point, tighten the zip
and break off the remaining part of the zip flush with
the closure (See Detail A). Fasten using 1/2” washers
and 3/8” x 2” button head bolts. (See Detail B)

Tighten set screws through the bracket side into the
post.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Event: Pyramid Roof is composed of rotationally molded high
density plastic with U.V. stabilizers to prevent fading. Metal
brackets are powdercoated.
Paint shall be elecrtostatically applied oven cured powdercoat.
Hardware: Stainless steel tamper resistant
MAINTENANCE:
Touch up any marred paint surfaces.
Periodically check hardware for integrity and tightness.
