Possible cause : Power source voltage is too low or too high
Troubleshooting:
1. ERROR_4_2 power source voltage too high
ERROR_4_3 power source voltage too low
2. Measure power source voltage to see if it is too low or too high
The range should be 100-130V for 110V system
And 200-250V for 220V system
3. If the power source voltage is normal, then it could be a bad drive board.
4. if the power source voltage is too low, check to see if the power cord is not matching the specification
requirement.
