Manufacturer's One Year Warranty 

 

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER? This warranty covers your 

Spirit 

Treadmill against 

defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under normal 
conditions and provided it receives proper care. 

 

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST? This warranty lasts one year on labour, 

ten

 years 

on all parts from date of purchase, lifetime on the motor, deck and frame. This warranty is not 
transferable and is extended only to the original owner. 

 

WHAT WILL

Dyaco Canada Inc

. will provide a replacement part 

and/or service at no charge for any part found defective in workmanship or materials during the 
warranty period. 

 

HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE? In order to obtain replacement parts or service as provided by 
this warranty, you may call the number below: 1-888-707-1880 Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 
5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. 

 

To activate your warranty, you must send in your warranty registration card. 

 

This warranty shall not apply to treadmills which are (1) used for commercial or other income 
producing purpose, or (2) subject to misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized repairs and 
alterations 

 

This warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, 
including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose are limited in 
duration to the first 12 months from the date of purchase. All other obligations or liabilities, 
including liability for consequential damages are hereby excluded
