EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WHEN WORKING ON THE STABILIZING WINCH 

 

EMERGENCY SITUATION 

RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS 

A rope or anchor is suddenly 
released 

Turn the wheels immediately so that they are perpendicular to the slope (across to 
the slope), stop the movements. Find a new anchor point. Press the STOP button 
on the remote control. 

Rope breaks 

Turn the wheels immediately so that they are perpendicular to the slope, stop the 
movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control. Use the new rope. 
Adding any extensions to the rope is prohibited. 

Bursting the carabiner 

Turn the wheels immediately so that they are perpendicular to the slope, stop any 
movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control. Replace defective 
parts. 

Speed reduction, the mower starts to 
move uncontrollably and 
spontaneously 

Immediately increase the engine speed to max., Turn the wheels perpendicular to 
the slope, stop the movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control. 

Hydraulic hose breaks 

Turn the wheels immediately so that they are perpendicular to the slope (across to 
the slope), stop the movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control. 

Unwinding the entire rope length 
from the winding drum and winding in 
the opposite direction on the drum 

Turn the wheels in 

180 ° and continue working or unwind the rest of the rope, let 

the winch drum rotate and wind the rope back in the right direction. Continue 
working. 

Malfunction of the winding drum drive 
sprocket mechanism. 

Immediately turn the running wheels perpendicular to the slope, stop the 
movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control. Repair the sprocket 
mechanism.

Press the STOP button on the remote control immediately. 

Lack of fuel in the fuel tank 

Turn the wheels immediately so that they are perpendicular to the slope (across to 
the slope), stop the movements. Press the STOP button on the remote control and 
refuel. 

 

3.9  MOWER TRANSPORTATION 

The mower is transported on a trailer or other suitable means of transport. 

 

WARNING 

Driving on public roads is prohibited. 

 

Before proceeding with the transport of the mower, make sure that you do not violate local laws or regulations on 
all areas you will be travelling through. 

 

ATTENTION 

Before loading the mower on the trailer, make sure that there is no oil, grease or ice on the trailer or 
ramps. Remove any oil, grease or ice from the mower tires. Make sure the mower is not loaded on the 
ramp / trailer at an inappropriate angle. 

 

Check the condition of the transport vehicle before loading the mower onto the trailer. 

 

When loading or unloading from a trailer, make sure that the edge - formed by the trailer floor and the ramps - is 
not an obstacle for the mower with its accessories. Otherwise, you must use longer ramps to decrease the angle.
