TTL OR CMOS LEVEL ‘LOCK MONITOR’ GENERATION

The lock monitor output can be directly connected to the CMOS load while protected with 1Kohm serial resistor.
(Output impedance 1Kohm) .

Lock: < 0.5V (Logical ‘0’) Unlock: > 4.2V (logical ‘1’)
