Microphone Mute:
•
Press the

key (MUTE), MIC. MUTED is showed in the display.

Press the
√
key (MUTE) to enable the microphone again.
Transferring the Call to Another Handset:

Press the
R
key, and dial the new number.

key and the call is transferred to the other handset.
Using the Phone Book
You can store numbers and names in your phone book. The book can store up to 200 numbers
with name. You can view and edit the phone book during a call.

You access the phone book by either pressing the
>
key (BOOK) or pressing
MENU
and
scrolling to
MENU PHONE BOOK.
To Add a New Contact

When on hook, press the number to be stored (max. 24 digits.)

Press the

key (BOOK) followed by the
√
key.

Enter the name using the digits 1 - 9 followed by the
√
key.
After storing, the telephone returns to standby mode. If the display shows MEMORY FULL, you
have to delete one or more contacts from the telephone book.
To Delete a Contact

Press the

key (BOOK).

Scroll to the contact to delete using the
< >
keys, and then press
√
.

Scroll to DELETE and press

To Edit Name and Number
You can edit the name and number of a contact in phone book.

Press the

key (BOOK).

keys, and then press

Edit Name/Number using the alphanumeric keyboard.
