4.1.3 Avoiding damage to cables
In order to avoid damage to the motor’s power cable whilst being
lowered into the well this should be fastened to the pressure line
using cable clamps. Fastening them together at two meter
intervals is recommended.
4.2 Pipes
4.2.1 Laying pipes
 Keep the pressure line as straight as possible.
 Avoid sudden changes to the cross-section and direction.
 In cases where the geodetic head is significant, the pipe
dimensioning must be adjusted in order to guarantee an
almost loss-free flow.
NOTE
The non-return valve is already built into this pump.

Do not use any other valve!
 The diaphragm pressure vessel must be installed in the
pressure line. The installation should take place as close to
the pump/well shaft as possible or in the cistern.
 When using plastic hoses, these must withstand the pressure
of the pump. Kinks in the pipe should be avoided in order to
achieve normal function of the pump and the required water
quantity.
