WARNING! When adjusting the saddle height, the seatpost must be inserted
deep enough into the frame so the minimum insertion line is not visible.
Failure to follow the seatpost insertion requirement may result in damage to
the frame and/or seatpost, which could cause the rider to lose control and
fall.

Check the height of the saddle by having the rider sit on it.
The ideal saddle position is for the rider to be able to touch the ground with the ball of the
foot while bending the knee slightly.
More pronounced knee bend or moderate space under the heels, while
acceptable, can result in less control of the bicycle. Experiment with the
saddle height until you find the position that works best for the rider. For
