machine,the chain stops completely after a few
seconds.
Do not stop chain saw when sawing through activating
the front hand guard (chain brake)!
The chain must be running at full speed before it
makes contact with the wood. Use the metal gripping
teeth to secure the saw onto the wood before starting
to cut. Use the gripping teeth as a leverage point
while cutting.

Chain oil
Check the oil passes
Start the machine and check whether the chain can
give off a spray of oil within a few seconds.
If an oil trace can be seen, the chainsaw is lubricating.
NOTE! Never saw when a sufficient chain lubrication
is not guaranteed. Before starting work check the oil
level in the tank and the oil feeding.
