6. Open the filler screw, using the key
7. Place the funnel into the filler open-
ing and add maximum 2.6 litres of
Bio-ethanol
8. The fill level gauge indicates the maxi-
mum permissible filling level. The maxi-
mum filling level is reached when the
Bio-ethanol flows through the slots (see
arrow) into the reflector curve.
Should you add too much fuel on occasion and should the burner overflow,
the ethanol will collect in the safety pan. Be sure to empty the safety pan
before lighting the burner. Clean the surface of the burner until it is dry and
completely free of ethanol.
Caution:
Ethanol is highly combustible. There must be no sources of ignition
in the vicinity!
To light the burner, follow Steps 9-16 described under Section 3.3.1
3.5 SAFE SHUTDOWN
To shut down the unit prematurely, use the
handling rod to close the burner with the
cover plate. To do this, pick up the cover
plate with the handling rod and place it over
the burner channel.
4. CLEANING AND CARE
The ebios-fire Quadra Inside may only be cleaned when it is cold.
4.1 CLEANING OF TRIM COMPONENT
• Do not start cleaning before the unit has cooled down completely (wait
at least 1 hour)!
• Clean metal décor surfaces and trim components with a moist cloth (do
not use microfibre!).
• Clean glass surfaces with a conventional glass cleaner and a soft cloth
(do not use microfiber!).
• Clean stainless steel surfaces with a conventional stainless steel
cleaner. Use this in the brush direction only!
Regularly remove dust on and underneath the ebios-fire feature to prevent
possible burning or charring of the dust particles. This may soil the installa-
tion area and surrounding objects
