3.2 FLANGES AND ANCHOR PLATE
NOTE! The anchor plate is not included with the unit. Use only an chimney
certified as UL 103HT or ULC S-629. Be sure to place the convection and
exhaust connectors before placing the top elements of the insulation shell.
The dimensions and positioning of the different air inlet and outlet are
available in the table in chapter „dimensions“.
3.1.2 PLACEMENT FROM NON COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS
Minimum hearth requirement (Cassette Insert 600)
Make sure there is enough space for the wood heater. If the fireplace is
fitted with a frame (that’s conceals the contours of the recess) an additional
tolerance of 1-1/2” ca be set when the recess is made.
The wood heater must be able to expand freely. The brickwork or decora-
tive materials must not enter into contact with the wood heater under any
circumstances; leave a gap of at 2-1/2”.
